But let me tell you some things that have happened recently that I think would give us a type of formula, if you will, or a practice. Tell me that again. I dont want to even hear what your words are, I want to see your behavior. I want to grow in an area of choice, maybe its discipline. That was a dance. I state the problem. Now the change is starting to get clear to me, but before I implement it, now I put a human element as a second step.. All stuff that we dont see modeled very much. We still had a momentum problem to what? One of my greatest passions and disciplines, to be honest with you, so Im very passionate about it, which helps with the idea that it can only happen with a lot of discipline, is what I call my year end review. And you and I have talked about this before, I moved a lot growing up, so change and adapting, it just wasnt an option. John says, The only way its going to get better is well, is if we grow.. Level 4. For some of you, youre on it, you got it, and it may be time for you to engage with hopes other daughter of courage, the ability, the commitment to do something about it. But hes decided to make some significant changes in his life for a growth perspective, for more opportunity.
